Phil Rowe

Phil Rowe is a veteran paddler, now living in New Mexico. He has paddled canoes and sea kayaks from Alaska to the Bay of Fundy, the magnificent Boundary Waters of Minnesota and practically every state from Maine to California. He is now a freelance writer, published in dozens of magazines, newsletters and periodicals.
